Belgium flakes, a premium cake cafe shop situated in Koottattukulam, Ernakulam district was started on January 11, 2021. Its on the way from Muvattupuzha - Kottayam road, opposite to St Jude church. Mr. Sanal abraham is sole proprietor of this shop.
